After a jury trial, defendant was convicted and sentenced to a seven-year term. The single issue in this case is the defendant's claim that the trial court erred in refusing to give an instruction on the defense of justification to the charge of possessing a weapon in or about the premises of the correctional institution. The judgment and conviction are affirmed.
